Membership, Donations and Conference Fees
Membership in ACM and ACCC Institutions 2026-2027
Membership in the ACM offers cities across the American continent a meaningful way to stay connected and engaged on international issues. All conference members are eligible to participate in policy-shaping activities and award programs.
Membership also provides valuable benefits, such as discounts on meeting and conference registrations, reduced rates for participation in international missions, and other institutional advantages.

3. Business Networks and Representative Offices: The institution is establishing representative offices in 10 cities throughout the Americas. These offices will provide information and business opportunities for towns and municipalities. Membership supports collaboration between public leaders and the business community to create mutual opportunities for growth.
4. Networking and Advocacy: Mayors and city councilors have the chance to connect, share, and collaborate. The Conference provides a platform to discuss challenges and adopt policy resolutions affecting cities across the continent. Members can also serve on Standing Committees and Task Forces, contributing their expertise to specific areas.
Benefits of Membership
1. Best Practices Promotion and Learning in Public Issues: Municipalities and cities involved in the Americas Conference of Mayors and City Councilors are encouraged to share their best responses to public challenges. These best practices will be highlighted in seminars, institutional reports, and on the organization’s website. The intention is to create a fund to reward cities for innovation and solutions through future awards programs.
2. Promotion of Cities and Municipalities: Members can showcase their cities’ achievements in international and regional conference programs. They can also feature updates in the promotional section of the website, and are invited to participate in international missions to present their city in global forums, alongside other mayors and city councilors across the Americas and beyond.
