Overview
The Americas Conference of Mayors (ACM) will hold its Tenth Annual Mayor’s Summit and the Third Americas Conference of City Councilors (ACCC) on March 11-13, 2027. The ACM and the ACCC will host participants from Canada, the United States, Mexico, Central America, and South America, as well as as special guest from other continents in concordance with our international approach
The ACM and the ACCC will host Mayors, City or Municipality Councilors, City Managers, Government Officials, and Professionals, in adittion to a broad diversity of stakeholders from different sectors, including Non-profit organizations, industries, chambers of commerce and higher education institutions, who will come together to learn, network, and exchange new ideas about current and best practices in city governance, education, and economic development.
Best Practices Awards for Mayors
The Best Practices Awards for Mayors are a yearly initiative by ACM Institution to acknowledge best practices in municipality or cities work carried out by Mayors and their staff in benefit of their citizens and communities.
The awards acknowledge outstanding mayors that, through their commitment to participating in government and community activities, have made a significant impact on the quality of their cities or municipalities. Each year nominations are sought under various categories.
Main Summit and Conference Events
The Americas Conference of Mayors (ACM) will offer a wide variety of opportunities, including Plenary Sessions, Roundtables, Keynote Addresses, Awards Ceremonies for Mayors, Networking Activities, Special Sessions, and more. Most activities are open to all attendees.
Mayors will have exclusive Board Meetings to focus on the installation of the New Governing Board 2026-2027. The general conference program and schedule will be published 6 months begores the event and will be updated regularly.
